1. Downloading the Guide

After your order was processed, you should have been taken immediately to a download page where you could download your E-Book.

If not, check your email in-box right now for a message from me with the download link.

Make sure you save the file (by following the instructions on the download page) to your hard drive in a place you can find it before you do *anything* else.

You should save the file to your "desktop" so you can find it easily and quickly once you have finished downloading.

2. Opening the Files

Once you have downloaded the file to your computer's desktop (or whatever folder you saved it in) then simply double click the file and it should open in your PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader). Instructions on how to download your file viewers are located on the download page.

If it does not open automatically in this program --then open the program by clicking "Start" >> "Programs" >> "Adobe Acrobat Reader."

Once you open the program click "File" >> "Open" >> then (if you saved the file to your desktop) navigate within the dialog box to your desktop folder and open the file.
This should open the file in the appropriate program.

Adobe Acrobat Reader comes with an extensive "Help" file - if you have questions about how to operate the program -- please open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click "Help" and make the appropriate selection.

4. I downloaded the Guide but now I can't locate it on my computer - what do I do?

When you originally downloaded the file you should have saved the Guide to your "desktop".

If you did not, and if you cannot find it, the easiest thing to do is a search for it.

Click the Windows "Start" button >> then click "Search" >> then click "For Files or Folders".

Make sure it says "Look in: 'Local Hard Drives'" on the pull down menu right below.

Type "skunkodorgone" into the search box in order to search for the Skunk Odor Gone E-Book.

Click "Search Now"

Double click the file in the search results and the file should open in the appropriate program.

If it does not open automatically -- make a note of where the file is located -- then follow the instructions in #2 above.
